Group Therapy: Building Community Through Shared Experience

Why Group Therapy?

Healing is not meant to be done alone. Group therapy provides:
A Sense of Community – You are not alone. Connect with others who share similar struggles, identities, or life experiences.
Shared Understanding – Find comfort and validation in hearing from others who truly “get it.”
Guided Support – Sessions are led by trained facilitators who create a structured, respectful, and nurturing environment.
Strength in Numbers – Learn new coping strategies, gain perspective, and grow with the collective wisdom of the group.

Take a look at the list of groups and think about which of them you would like to join. Groups will start when enough of the spots are filled!
